Certificate AA/EPA standard timescale

After the apprenticeship assessment (AA), previously know as End Point Assessment (EPA) has been completed, a standard certificate is sent directly to the learner's line manager at the site where the learner works (as per Skills England guidelines).  It should arrive within eight weeks of the AA/EPA.  It will be addressed to the manager, not the learner, at this site.  Digital copies of standard certificates are not currently provided by the awarding body.
