Certificate change of details

If there has been a change of name since the completion of a qualification, we can request a new certificate with this name from the awarding body. We will require evidence to support the name change, for example a deed poll or marriage certificate. 

The updated certificates are charged at the following costs: Functional Skills (English/Maths/ICT) are £44 per certificate. Diplomas/standards (Innovate Awarding) are £30.
