Blank screens can happen from time to time if Aptem has not loaded/refreshed properly, and particularly after an Aptem update. You can also use this process for other problems with Aptem as they occur, such as messages not sending and other loading problems.
Most often, the side-bar of Aptem will be visible but the rest of the screen will be blank. Alternatively, in the learning plan, the module tabs will appear across the top of the screen but the rest of the screen will be blank below.
In addition to blank screens, sometimes items in Aptem will not load properly (perhaps missing elements or not updating) or sometimes they will spin (loading) for a long time without progressing.
In any event, Aptem advise that the solution is to either try using Aptem in an incognito/private window on the browser, or clearing the cookies and cache on the browser normally used to ensure that the latest version of Aptem is running.

You can also use this to remedy other odd issues with Aptem as they occur, such as with issues logging in (perhaps the screen cycles back to the log in page), with messages not sending and other loading problems.
